The Quadara holiday home, measuring 9.7 x 3.6m, is designed to accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal solution for year-round recreational living. With a sleek, geometric design, it seamlessly blends into both natural and urban environments, offering a contemporary and functional retreat.
Offered with or without a mezzanine; in the version without a mezzanine, the space can be configured for extra storage on request. Placing two houses as mirror images creates a semi-detached layout, which is ideal for building larger holiday complexes or resort-style developments.

The home is delivered in a “turnkey” finish, complete with a finished façade, roof, and fully completed interior. Thanks to its precision modular construction, Quadara can be assembled on-site in just one day, allowing for immediate use.
