Modua consists of three independent wooden modules made with CLT technology, with floor areas starting from 17.4 m2.
The first module - the living one - contains a bedroom with a kitchen and a bathroom. The second is the relaxation form. It is a fully equipped and prepared for use comfortable sauna. The last one serves as an office and a bathroom.
The independence of the Modua modules is their most significant advantage. It has a broad spectrum of use. The first 2 modules are perfect as premises forming, for example, part of a leisure complex. The third can serve as a reception or office for start-ups and smaller companies.
Floor Plans
The home is delivered in a “turnkey” finish, complete with a finished façade, roof, and fully completed interior. Thanks to its precision modular construction, this model can be assembled on-site in just one day, allowing for immediate use.
